These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunvesh Visuals. By using our website, requesting our services, or entering into a booking agreement with us, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Sunvesh Visuals offers professional photography, videography, editing, and visual production services. These services include wedding photography, commercial video production, fashion shoots, portrait sessions, music video production, event coverage, and pre-wedding photography. The specific scope of services will be detailed in the individual project agreement or proposal provided to the client before the booking is confirmed.

A booking is considered confirmed only when a signed proposal or agreement and the advance payment deposit have been received by Sunvesh Visuals. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a booking is confirmed, the requested date is reserved for the client. Email inquiries regarding availability and services will be responded to within 48 hours. Clients should verify all details, dates, times, locations, and deliverables in the proposal before signing.

Payment is structured in three phases for most projects. A non-refundable advance deposit of typically 40-50% is required to confirm and reserve the booking date. The remaining balance is typically divided into milestone payments due before the shoot date and a final payment due upon delivery of the completed work. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payment gateways, and cash payments. Late payment may result in withholding of deliverables until the account is settled. For rush projects or short-notice bookings, full payment may be required upfront.

Cancellations must be communicated to Sunvesh Visuals in writing as soon as possible. If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the scheduled date, the advance deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30 to 60 days result in a 50% refund of the deposit, while cancellations within 30 days of the shoot date are non-refundable. The booked date may be rescheduled once without penalty if rescheduling occurs at least 30 days before the original date. Further rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Sunvesh Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos created during the project. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for personal, private, and family purposes. Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the work without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. The photographer may use selected images from the project in the professional portfolio, on social media, and for marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing. Client images may be displayed in watermarked form for promotional purposes.

The specific deliverables (number of edited photos, video length, number of videos, etc.) will be clearly outlined in the project proposal. Standard turnaround time for completed deliverables is typically 4 to 8 weeks from the shoot date, depending on project complexity and scope. Rush delivery options are available at an additional cost. Final deliverables are provided in agreed-upon formats (JPEG, RAW files, video files, etc.) via cloud storage or physical media. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be notified of any changes to the timeline as soon as possible.

The client is responsible for providing clear direction, specific requirements, and reference materials to ensure the photographer understands the vision for the project. The client must ensure that all subjects included in the photography or videography have provided necessary consent, especially for minors or in locations requiring permission. The client is responsible for providing access to scheduled locations and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, makeup, styling, and other arrangements. Any additional requests beyond the scope of the original proposal will be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Sunvesh Visuals will exercise professional care and skill in delivering photography and videography services. However, we are not responsible for factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, technical equipment failures, subject availability, or access to scheduled locations. In the unlikely event of equipment failure during a shoot, we will provide available backup equipment or reschedule the shoot at no additional charge. Our liability is limited to the refund of fees paid for services not delivered. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Sunvesh Visuals is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, the client may choose to reschedule the shoot or receive a refund of deposits paid, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to notify the client of such circumstances as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated "Last Updated" date will be reflected. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients directly.
